Release: I hereby release Americas’s Precious Beauites, Pam Terrell, Workers, Judges, MyPageantFriends and the Sheraton Gateway Hotel from any liability for any accident, illness, injury, lost or stolen items, that may occur before, during or after the pageant. I also agree that I will be responsible for any money owed to the pageant and its directors. In the case APB is charged for damages to the Hotel, the responsible party will have to pay all those charges. I also agree to accept the judges decisions since these are final. I have read and accepted the rules posted, I also understand that awards may be reduced, at the Directors discretion, if not enough contestants compete. By signing this form I relinquish all rights to file claim or suit against America’s Precious Beauties, Pam Terrell or/and pageant workers and vendors. I also give permission to America’s Precious Beauties and Pam Terrell to use any photos or videos for publicity on website, banners, advertisements and paperwork. Must be signed before contestant can compete.

Supreme Titles: Supreme Titles will be awarded on your BEAUTY and your 2 HIGHEST SCORES in the competition. Only one photogenic score can be used for a

supreme title.

*Christmas Wear: Be CREATIVE., Custom music allowed. Props allowed. Freestyle modeling. NO Gymnastics. HAVE FUN With It!

Supreme Awards:

*1 Ultimate Grand Supreme: $5000 Savings Bond, a Beautiful Custom Christmas Crown, Customized Sash. This will be the contestant with the highest score in the entire pageant. Must have 75 in pageant to award this title. Based on Beauty and 2 Highest Scores.

*4 Grand Supremes: a $2000 Savings Bond, a Beautiful Custom Christmas Crown, a Beautiful Customized Sash and Gifts. Based on Beauty and 2 Highest Scores.

*4 Mini Supremes: a $1000 Savings Bond, a Beautiful Custom Christmas Crown, a Beautiful Customized Sash and Gifts. Based on Beauty and 2 Highest Scores.

*4 Cinderella Supremes: a $800 Savings Bond, a Beautiful Custom Castle Crown, a Beautiful Customized Sash and Gifts. Based on Facial Beauty Only

*4 Novice Supremes: a $500 Savings Bond, a Beautiful Custom Castle Crown, a Beautiful Customized Sash and Gifts. Based on Beauty and 2 Highest Scores. Cannot have EVER won more then $499

Overall National Titles (NOT Double Crowned)

There will be 16 Overall Titles to be awarded. Winners will recieve a Beautiful Custom Crown, A Beautiful Customized Sash and Gifts. These titles will not be double crowned. These titles will be pulled after Novice Supreme, and before age division supreme. These titles are jackpots. Prize money will be half of all entered.

10 Age Divison Supreme: a $300 dollar Savings Bond, A Beautiful Custom Christmas Crown, A Beautiful Customized Sash and Gifts, Based on Beauty and 2 Highest Scores ( Must have 6 in a group to award title)

10 Age Divison Queen: a $200 dollar Savings Bond, A Beautiful Custom Christmas Crown, A Beautiful Customized Sash and Gifts, Based on Beauty Only.

Age Divisions: 0-23 months, 2yrs, 3 yrs, 4 yrs, 5 yrs, 6/7 yrs, 8/9 yrs, 10-12yrs, 13-15yrs, 16+

Compete age as of September 1, 2011 * if your birthday falls on this day, you have the choice to take the fallback or move up*

Cover Girl Contest:

You may enter our Cover Girl contest which ends on October 22, 2011. Winner will be on the front page of our program book and receive a gift at crowning. Winner will not be announced until registration. Cover girl scores do not count toward supreme titles.

Sheraton Gateway is conveniently located by the Atlanta Airport. Free shuttle service to and from the airport is provided. When making reservation, please tell them you are with America*s Precious Beauties to receive discounted rate of $82*

Grand Supremes from 2010 maynot recompete unless moving up in supreme group.

Rules

1.) Decisions of Judges are final. Supreme title ties will be broken based on facial beauty scores by the judges.

2.) Any act of poor sportsmanship will result in disqualification, removal from ballroom, without a refund.

3.) Deposits are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, deposit may be applied to future events. If the pageant is cancelled by the director, deposit will be refunded.

4.) All winners agree to stay after crowing for photos.

5.) Contestants MUST be on-time for competition. A tentative schedule will be distributed at registration. Competition WILL NOT be delayed. If you miss your place, you may still compete at the end of your group, however there will be an automatic 1pt deduction from your score.

6.) There will be a group line-up before Beauty.

7.) Each event will be timed, and contestant must exit the stage when the MC says “Thank You”. Each contestant will have 1 ½ minutes for Beauty, and 1 1/2 minutes for each Outfit of Choice.

8.) No camera’s or video cameras will be allowed in the ballroom. MPF Productions will be handling all of our photography.

9.) There will be a table provided for all paperwork. Do not tape or post any fliers to walls or elevators in the hotel. Vendors, please email your information and you will be posted on our website.

10.) MPF Productions will be broadcasting the event LIVE on mypageantfriends.com

Refer a Pageant Buddy: For all your pageant buddies that you refer, who attends the pageant, you will receive a $25 credit towards your supreme package.

Program Book Ad Sales: For every ad you sell in our program book, you will receive ½ of the value towards your supreme package. Ads must be turned in by October 23, 2011.
