Release: I hereby release America’s Precious Beauties, Pam Terrell, Workers, Judges, and the Sheraton Gateway Hotel from any liability for any accident, illness, injury, lost or stolen items, that may occur before, during or after the pageant. I also agree that I will be responsible for any money owed to the pageant and its directors. In the case APB is charged for damages to the Hotel, the responsible party will have to pay all those charges. I also agree to accept the judges decisions since these are final. I have read and accepted the rules posted, I also understand that awards may be reduced if not enough contestants compete. By signing this form I relinquish all rights to file claim or suit against America*s Precious Beauties, Pam Terrell or/and pageant workers and vendors.  I also give permission to America*s Precious Beauties and Pam Terrell to use any photos or videos for publicity on website, banners, advertisements and paperwork. Must be signed before contestant can compete
